CSC Performance Coaching

Welcome back!

Today I want to discuss my name change and how I plan to enhance my business to better serve my clients and community moving forward. This business has been a passion of mine since I became a personal trainer many years ago. Just like any other career we go through ups and downs. This past year and a half has been tough and it has really made me reflect on how I can make a positive impact in my industry moving forward.

First, I have decided to change my name from @cscgolffitness to @cscperformancecoaching. CSC Performance Coaching. What do you think?

This is my mission:

I will help athletes perform at the highest level by using fitness, nutrition and mindset development to reach their full potential in life and succeed in their sport.

This doesn’t mean that I am stopping the work I do with golfers. If anything I want to work with golfers more! Initially, when I started CSC, I wanted to make sure my audience knew who I was targeting and I’ve done that so now it’s time to move on to the next phase of CSC.

I do want to expand my offers to other athletes as well. Everyone is an athlete. They just need to find their inner motivation to bring it out. Don’t know where to start? I can help you with that. I want to help athletes perform at the highest level. If you’re a junior athlete, or senior athlete, I can take your training to the next level and help you develop the way you’ve always wanted.

Originally CSC stood for Cormier’s Strength and Conditioning. My name is Mark Cormier and I’m a Strength and Conditioning Coach, so it fit well. Moving forward CSC will stand for Committed Sustainable Collaboration. These are three very powerful words when it comes to exercise and coaching.

I promise to be COMMITTED to improving my clients health and helping them reach their full potential in sport and life.

I will offer SUSTAINABLE health and fitness programs that will improve my clients physical abilities at a rate that is appropriate for their age and exercise history.

Through COLLABORATION we will develop a personalized plan to help you surpass your health goals. Not just your physical goals, but all your health goals.

These are the foundations of what I offer as a coach and mentor to all the people I work with. If you are interested in taking your health to the next level the time is now. LETS GO!

Second, I have adjusted my membership structures and pricing. All of these adjustments have stemmed from our new world moving forward.

The most exciting addition is my new 12-week program called “The Executive”.
