Pre-round and Post-round Program


The Pre – round program will prepare your body for the demands of playing golf. Each exercise has been chosen to activate and prime the appropriate areas of the body. You will begin with foam rolling and advance through multiple plane drills that will have you feeling your best when you step on the first tee.

The Post – round program will bring your body back to normal after a driving range session and/or 18 holes of golf. The golf swing is a movement that is only done in one direction and this can create problems in your body. If a proper post round cool down isn’t completed you will create muscular imbalances throughout your body. This program will help reset your body and have you ready for your next round or practice session.
